To address this challenge, we customized a plugin originally intended for designing t-shirts. The parameters for screen printing on cups are vastly different from those for t-shirts: for example, Crazy About Cups prints artwork in only one color ink, and simpler line art is needed for a good result. With this customized plugin, Crazy About Cups can add any font or black-and-white vector artwork to their store, making their offerings unique on the web.
The website itself is built on a WordPress platform and uses the WooCommerce shopping cart solution. With the complex tiered pricing structure and shipping costs used by Crazy About Cups, it was another big challenge to set up systems in WooCommerce to accommodate all eventualities, but we ultimately designed a system that makes the customer experience seamless on the front end.
To promote the site and engage customers, I.T. Roadmap designs and sends out Mailchimp newsletters on a regular basis. This allows customers to stay up-to-date on new products, designs, and promotions. We also design all of the seasonal promo graphics used on the homepage slideshow and peppered throughout the website.

When the user clicks to a product page, they can view many of their selected customizations in real-time.
